Strong & Slippery UHMW Polyethylene Tape
Ultra High Molecular Weight Polyethylene (UHMW) film with aggressive permanent acrylic adhesive. Low friction & abrasion resistant -- ideal protector for surfaces/bearings that experience heavy wear.
- Use this tape to increase sliding action on metal, wood, concrete, tile, stone & other surfaces
- Common applications include drawer slides, chute liners, wear pads and guide rails
- Great for sound dampening as it eliminates squeaks and rattles caused by adjacent parts movement
- Ideal for many tough impact wear or sliding applications
Our UHMW tape provides an excellent low friction, non-stick surface in many ways similar to PTFE tape and is more economical to use.
Containing an aggressive permanent acrylic adhesive helps this tape adhere readily to most dry, clean surfaces (always clean and prepare area before use), firmly anchoring the product in place which allows for ease of application. That means no drilling, screws or extra labor.

TapeCase 423-5 UHMW Acrylic Sealing Tape is a self-lubricating adhesive, which is compatible with painted metals as well as plastics. The high-tack adhesive tape can be effectively used in controlling squeaks and rattles that are caused due to vibration or friction of metallic or plastic materials. The thin acrylic tape is low maintenance yet more durable than PTFE tapes. It can be a preferred choice in automotive, manufacturing, and distribution industries.
